Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our product pages. The sizes avaliable sizes can be found there. Our mattress toppers come in a range of sizes from a single 66cm to a king 135cm.
Can I try it out and send it back?
Unfortunately, if the topper has been opened and used it cannot be sent back for hygiene reasons. However, if it is still packaged and in the original condition then yes it can be returned.
Shipping
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you deliver overseas?
At the moment our products are only available in the UK. But please keep us in mind as this could change in the future!
What are the delivery times?
We aim to deliver your products within 5 working days.
Washing Information
Is it washable?
Absolutely! All of our mattress toppers are machine washable at 40℃.
How often should I wash it?
This can depend on how often the topper is used but we recommend about once a month.
Storage
How do you store it?
The toppers can be rolled up for a more compact storage solution and have elastic straps to secure it from un-rolling.
Does it come with a bag?
No, the toppers do not come with storage bags. Unless you purchase a bundle deal which does include a bag! Alternatively, we have bags available to store the toppers and these can be purchased from our website for £12.99.
Product Use
Can I use it in a tent?
Yes, our toppers can be used in tents, caravans, motorhomes and more!
Do I need to use a sheet on top?
We certainly recommend using a sheet over the mattress topper to give that added protection and keep the topper nice and fresh.
Can I use it with an air mattress?
You can. Using our toppers on an air mattress is very helpful for a good night's sleep as it evens out the pressure so it's not so wobbly!
Can I use it on a pop-top bed?
You can. We have tried and tested this and they comfortably fit in a pop-top bed. They are even able to stay up there when the pop-top is closed to save on storage space.
I have a caravan with cushions that we push together, will it cover the cracks?
Yes! Our toppers will sit comfortably over the base creating an even sleeping space.
Product Specifications
What is the difference between the CampaToppa and the PoppaToppa?
The CampaToppa has a removable outer cover that you can take off for washing. Whereas the PoppaToppa is an all in one.
What is the topper made from?
They are made from patented 3XD spacer fabric. With a thin profile of 2.5cm they still provide you with double the support of a foam mattress topper.
Where is it made?
Our CampaToppa and CampaCool mattress toppers are sourced and made in the UK. Our PoppaToppa's are made in China.
What makes our products special?
We have spent 6 years of research making the product special. Our mattress toppers are made from 3D textiles which means they are breathable and hypoallergenic. While our toppers have a thinner profile, they have the equivalent comfort of two foam mattress toppers put together. Our newer product, the CampaCool is made using phase changing material which allows the topper to draw out heat from your body to keep you cool and then release the heat back out when your body temperature starts to drop.
